Eric L.
Fisher
Jun 11, 1980 — Sep 8, 2025
Hutchinson
Eric L. Fisher, 45, died September 8, 2025, at his home in Hutchinson. He was born June 11, 1980, in Riverside, California. He graduated from Redlands High School, Redlands, California.
On October 3, 2009, he married Kimberly Klug at Holy Family Catholic Church, Odin, Kansas. They were blessed with four children.
A resident of Hutchinson, Eric worked as a finance manager and was a member of the Knights of Columbus. He enjoyed traveling and hiking in the mountains, concerts, and Mexican food with extra cheese. Loved cheering on his Nascar favorites, Ryan Blaney and Jimmie Johnson, and loathing Kyle Busch. He had a passion for golf and the Chiefs, but his greatest joy was time spent with his children, who dubbed him the Lego King.
He is survived by Kim and their four children; three sons, Kahne, Colin, and Vincent, and a daughter, Reagan; his mother, June Halliwill and stepfather Jeff of Wichita; in-laws, Bill and Joan Klug of Odin; father, Fred Beck of Claflin; grandparents, John and Mary Jane Halliwill of Overland Park; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Aaron Fisher, stepfather, Karl Fisher, and grandparents, Robert and Betty Hickel, Paul and Jean Fisher, and Arthur and Lucille Beck.
Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to 8 p.m., Sunday, at the funeral home. Family will greet friends from 5:30 to 8 p.m., with Vigil and Knights of Columbus Rosary to begin at 6:30 p.m.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m., Monday, September 15, 2025, at Holy Family Catholic Church, Odin, Kansas, with Father Benjamin Dande presiding. Burial will follow in Holy Family Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the Eric Fisher Children's Fund or the Claflin Golf Course in care of Nicholson-Ricke Funeral Home, PO Box 146, Hoisington, KS 67544.
