Cecil, a resident of Hoisington since 1952 coming from Hutchinson, had been a long-time employee of KPL. He was a member of Hoisington United Methodist Church, Lake Barton Golf Club, and a former council member for the City of Hoisington. He enjoyed fishing, cooking and calling Bingo at the V.F.W, however, above all he enjoyed time with family, whom he loved so dearly. Among his many interests, he was most passionate about golf, having a great fondness for his golf family.
